This is a collection of real CVs, listed by the stage the applicant was at at the time of application, and the position they were ultimately successful in landing.

Please note that all information in these CVs has either been redacted, or anonymised to protect the identities of the individuals (i.e names and experiences changed and replaced with equivalent alternatives).

With each CV, we have provided commentary on what we thought was good about the CV, and what we might have changed.
